Pillow blocks and bearing housing for industrial and construction applications

	Pillow block - 5# Class 30 Gray Iron - 5" W x 3" H - 1 shell core makes 2 castings
	Shell core for pillow block - Class 30 Gray Iron Core - 5" W x 3" H - 1 shell core makes 2 castings
	Bearing housing - 8# Class 30 Gray Iron - 5" W x 5" H - No core

Industrial blowers

Atlas Foundry produces headplates, cylinders and impellers for industrial blowers used in industrial compressor blowers. We make this casting with three assembled shell cores to satisfy the complex design requirements for end covers.

	Headplate for positive displacement and centrifugal blowers - 43.5# Class 30 Gray Iron - 12" W x 5" H - 2 shell cores
	Cylinder for positive displacement blowers - 40# Class 30 Gray Iron - 12" W x 8" H x 10" D - 1 shell core
	Core for a cylinder - Class 30 Gray Iron Core - 12" W x 8" H x 10" D - 1 shell core
	Headplate for positive displacement and centrifugal blowers - 17.5# Class 30 Gray Iron - 10" W x 4" D - 1 shell core
	Core for a headplate - Class 30 Gray Iron Core - 10" W x 4" D - 1 shell core

Industrial combustion equipment

Components produced include industrial heating, safety burners, and Hydraulic Parts.

	Gas burner (burner casting) - 20.5# Class 30 Gray Iron - 16" W x 12" D - 1 shell core
	Core for burner casting - Class 30 Gray Iron Core - 16" W x 12" D - 1 shell core

Lift truck components

Components produced include electronics housings, wheel hubs, and other components for lift trucks.

Floor Cleaning Equipment

Parts produced include floor scrubber components for the floor care industry.
