The plant is 100,000 square feet and consists of a:

What type of production equipment does Atlas Foundry have?
Atlas Foundry has:
- 2 electric melt furnaces
- 1 electric holding furnace
- 2 Disamatic green sand automatic molding machines
- 1 high speed sand muller
- 10 core machines, and
- 3 blast cleaning machines
- 2 Foxall 424FS Automated Grinding Cells
How does Atlas Foundry ensure production quality?
Atlas is ISO 9001/20002 certified and has a fully equipped sand lab and metals lab, and also conducts in-process testing and inspection on the shop floor.
Can Atlas provide prototypes?
